Key Responsibilities:
Reception & Office Administration:
Manage all front desk and receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and handling calls.
Maintain accurate records of all courier inward & outward entries.
Conduct daily office premises checks to ensure cleanliness and functionality.
Keep bill records up to date and organized.
Coordinate and maintain powder coating shop job prints.
Label and organize physical files properly for easy access.
Prepare and maintain requisitions and gate passes for internal services and HR
requirements.
Assist in stationery stock management, maintain data for visiting cards.
Operate and oversee Xerox machine activities including copying, scanning, and
troubleshooting.
HR Administrative Support:
Update introductory documents of new joiners in the ERP system.
Facilitate onboarding formalities for shop floor employees.
Support monthly HR MIS filing and documentation.
Manage uniforms and safety shoes distribution, maintaining related data.
Scan and upload HR files and documents into the ERP system.
Handle HR forms like Laptop, SIM card issuance, etc.
Utilize basic AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva) for document creation, form design, and
communication tasks.
Requirements:
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Familiarity with ERP systems (preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and handle routine work with accuracy.
Basic knowledge of AI tools like ChatGPT and Canva is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Graduate in any stream (Commerce or Arts preferred).
Experience in manufacturing or engineering industry (preferred).
