Responsibilities
- Data Management: Inputting, organizing, and maintaining accurate records and databases.
- Administrative Tasks: Handling filing, managing correspondence, and performing other general office duties.
- Transaction Processing: Processing invoices, receipts, and other financial transactions.
- Documentation & Reporting: Preparing and organizing documents, reports, and presentations.
- Coordination: Liaising with different departments to ensure efficient workflow and communication.
- Support: Assisting the front office team, management, and other staff with various tasks.
- Compliance: Ensuring all activities adhere to company policies and relevant regulations.
Required Skills
- Data Entry & Management: Accurate and efficient data entry and database management.
- Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with relevant administrative software, such as the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues.
- Organization: Excellent organizational skills to manage records, files, and tasks effectively.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in data and reports.
- Teamwork & Independence: The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Education: Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, though other graduates may also be considered.
- Experience: Prior experience in a back office, administrative, or similar support role is often beneficial.
