Responsibilities

  • Data Management: Inputting, organizing, and maintaining accurate records and databases.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handling filing, managing correspondence, and performing other general office duties.
  • Transaction Processing: Processing invoices, receipts, and other financial transactions.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Preparing and organizing documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Coordination: Liaising with different departments to ensure efficient workflow and communication.
  • Support: Assisting the front office team, management, and other staff with various tasks.
  • Compliance: Ensuring all activities adhere to company policies and relevant regulations.

Required Skills

  • Data Entry & Management: Accurate and efficient data entry and database management.
  • Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with relevant administrative software, such as the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues.
  • Organization: Excellent organizational skills to manage records, files, and tasks effectively.
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in data and reports.

Qualifications

  • Education: Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, though other graduates may also be considered.
