We’re seeking a driven and client-focused **Sales & Marketing Executive** to join our team and be the bridge between our clients and internal operations.

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities: Sales Responsibilities**:

- Identify and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs.
- Present and promote products/services to prospective customers.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

**Marketing Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness.
- Manage promotional activities such as print ads, brochures, and events.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitors' strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing materials.
- Maintain an active presence on social media and local business directories.
- Track and analyze marketing campaign performance to improve effectiveness.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- **Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field** (Diploma holders with experience may apply).
- **1 year of experience** in sales and marketing.
- Strong knowledge of **B2B and B2C sales strategies**.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and marketing software**.
- **Valid driver’s license** (if required for client visits).

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
