Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts in alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and provide recommendations for improving financial performance.
- Monitor and report key financial metrics to the executive team, identifying areas of concern and suggesting corrective actions.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate and timely financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Optimize cash flow, working capital, and liquidity through effective cash flow management strategies.
- Identify and assess financial risks, implementing appropriate risk management strategies.
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement the company's overall financial strategy.
- Evaluate investment opportunities, conduct financial analysis, and provide recommendations for capital allocation.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions, providing insights on potential risks and opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is required.
- Proven experience as a CFO or a similar senior financial leadership role in the manufacturing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional leadership abilities, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in financial management software and ERP systems.
- Knowledge of the manufacturing industry and its financial dynamics is highly desirable.

**Salary**: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
