CFO Job description

Title: CFO

Responsibility: Overall responsibility for the Financial aspects and administration of the company

Report to: Company CEO

Scope of responsibility:
Financial reports-Preparation of Monthly, Quarterly and Annual financial reports in compliance with local accounting standards as well as Adin group policy. Annual reports mean P&L, Balance sheet, Cash flow and notes and analysis of results.

Bookkeeping-Supervision and management of the Bookkeeping. Management of 2-3 accountants.

Budget
- Preparation of the annual budget and budget control according to Adin group policy

Cash flow
- Preparation of annual cash flow forecast and monthly cash flow control

Cash management

Tax
- comply with local tax regulations and leading discussions with the company tax advisors.

Analysis
- analyze the financial results and support management with qualified sales, margin, customers debts and other relevant decisions supporting analysis.

Admin
- take care of office admin, maintenance, insurance, rent, lease etc'

External audit
- be in contact and under the audit of the company external auditor

Qualifications:
Professional experienced CFO Who is seeking for stable job in international company for the long run.

Personal qualities:
Analytical thinker- High analytical capabilities.

Industrious, Team player, Independent, Comply with possible tied time lines

Very good human relation

Language-Fluent English speaker

Education
- Relevant business, accounting graduation, CA.

Experience
- at list 5 years in similar job

Tools: very good familiarity with Bookkeeping software, Office Tools

Time lines
- able to respect timetable according to company's needs

Travel
- willing to travel once in a while for a business trip in India and if needed also to abroad.

**Salary**: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year

- Nagpur, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
