Job Opening: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced CFO to lead the financial operations of our logistics company. The ideal candidate will manage budgeting, compliance, and financial strategy to support business growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee overall financial planning, budgeting & forecasting.
  • Manage accounting, taxation (TDS, GST) and statutory audits.
  • Monitor cash flow, working capital & fund utilization.
  • Control operational costs – fuel, maintenance, manpower & logistics expenses.
  • Coordinate with banks, auditors & management for financial decisions.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting & MIS.
  • Implement strong internal controls and compliance systems.
  • Lead finance team and streamline accounting processes (Tally/ERP).

Requirements:

  • Chartered accountant (CA)
  • 10–15 years of post Qualification experience in finance & Accounts, preferably in logistics / transport sector.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation & financial management.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical & communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹160, ₹250,000.00 per month
