Job Summary :
Responsible for supporting end-to-end debt fund-raising activities, including lender coordination, documentation, reporting, and compliance. Candidates must hold an MBA in Finance with strong analytical, communication, and MS Office skills. Freshers and experienced professionals are eligible.
Key Responsible :
- Assist in end-to-end Fund Raise (Majorly Debt) process including but not limited to:
- Exchanging data/required information with the lenders
- Maintaining monthly MIS as required to be submitted to the lenders
- Coordinating with various teams internally and outside service providers for the lender's requirements
- Carrying Legal Execution and documentation related to the fund raiser process
- Assisting in the post disbursement compliances and coordinating with the lenders on the same
- Analysis of the data and financials being submitted
- Other day to day data exchange as and when required
Required :
- Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Experience and Freshers both can apply
- Must MBA in Finance, NBFC background will be preferre
- Good hold in English communication
- Basic accounting, calculations and related terminologies
- Ability to manage bulky data
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Willingness to learn and adopt to changing environment
- Strong at MS-Office (Excel, Word & PPT)
Qualification :
- 2 to 4 year experience Required
- Banking/NBFC - Accounts background preferred
