**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to our Chief Operating Officer (COO) in our fast-growing food start up. As the EA to the COO, you will play a critical role in managing day-to-day activities, coordinating projects, and ensuring the smooth operation of the COO's office.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Administrative Support:

- Manage the COO's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings and conferences.
- Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and other logistics as required.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents.

2. Project Coordination:

- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of strategic projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project objectives.
- Conduct research, gather data, and provide comprehensive reports to support decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and project coordination.

3. Communication and Stakeholder Management:

- Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and announcements on behalf of the COO.
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including logistics, agendas, and minutes

4. Operational Support:

- Assist in the development and implementation of operational processes and procedures to drive efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor key performance indicators and prepare reports to track operational performance.
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend strategies to enhance operational effectiveness.

5. Confidentiality and Professionalism:

- Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Maintain a high level of integrity and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting C-level executives.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including exceptional editing and proofreading abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software/tools.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to anticipate needs and resolve issues independently.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic start up environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
