**Key Responsibilities**:

- Convert leads into successful enrollments by assisting with document submission and payment processes.
- Meet or exceed monthly targets for lead conversion and student enrollments.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi ( Advantage for proficiency in Telghu or Tamil).
- Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills.
- Experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service (preferably in educational or medical fields).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Prior experience in medical education sales or admissions is a plus.
