Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing and social media teams to develop a cohesive content strategy aligned with the organization's objectives and target audience. Understand the brand's voice, tone, and values to maintain consistency across all social media platforms.

2. Content Creation: Design and produce high-quality and relevant content, including graphics, images, videos, and written posts, for various social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc. The content should be optimized for each platform's format and audience preferences.

3. Content Curation: Curate and repurpose existing content to ensure a steady flow of engaging posts. Monitor industry trends, popular hashtags, and viral content to incorporate into the content plan.

4. Content Scheduling: Use social media management tools to schedule posts, ensuring a consistent posting schedule that maximizes reach and engagement. Pay attention to optimal posting times for different platforms.

5. Community Management: Monitor and engage with the social media community, responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly and professionally. Foster meaningful interactions and build relationships with followers.

6. Analytics and Insights: Track and analyze the performance of social media content using analytics tools. Identify trends, measure engagement, reach, and conversions, and use data-driven insights to improve future content strategies.

7. Collaborations and Influencer Marketing: Identify potential collaboration opportunities with influencers, partners, and other brands to expand the social media presence and reach new audiences.

8. Stay Updated on Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, algorithm changes, and best practices. Implement new trends and technologies to stay ahead of the competition.

Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

2. Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator or a similar role.

3. Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.

4. Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).

5. Familiarity with social media management platforms (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, etc.).

6. Strong understanding of various social media platforms, their nuances, and best practices.

7. Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas.

8. Excellent time management and organizational skills.

9. Knowledge of SEO and content optimization for social media.

10. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

11. A passion for social media and a deep understanding of online community behavior.

12. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Internship
