**Position: Executive/Sr.Executive - Human Capital**

**We’re looking out for a suitable talent to join the team Human Capital team at our Corporate office in Goregaon, Mumbai**

**Roles & Responsibilities**

Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy for PAN India

Develop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements

Perform reference checks as needed

Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms

Manage on-boarding and new hire process

Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices

Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process

Stakeholder management

Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations

**Qualifications Required**

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

5 plus years of recruiting experience preferred

Good understanding of Salary Breakup like - Bonus, PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Basic, HRA etc.

Excellent verbal & written communication

Demonstrate ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Comfortable making decisions independently

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
