**Job Summary**:
Peak Performance Advisors is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **Junior Recruiter** to handle end-to-end recruitment for roles across manufacturing, construction, BFSI, logistics, and other non-IT sectors.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Screen and shortlist profiles as per client requirements
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closures

**Requirements**:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field
- 0.6 - 1 years of experience in **non-IT recruitment**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with job portals and sourcing tools
- Ability to handle multiple mandates independently

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
