**Job Title**: Tender Executive

**Location**: Kubadthal, Ahmedabad
**Work Hours**: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
**Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹35,000

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and monitor relevant government and private tender opportunities (online and offline)
- Download and study tender documents, eligibility criteria, and scope of work
- Prepare and compile all required documents as per tender specifications
- Coordinate with internal departments for technical and financial inputs
- Ensure timely submission of tenders with accuracy and compliance
- Follow up on submitted tenders and maintain records of tender outcomes
- Handle e-tendering portals such as GeM, CPPP, etc.
- Maintain MIS and documentation for audit and reference

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in any stream (Commerce/Business preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience in tendering work (preferred)
- Knowledge of online tender portals like GeM, e-Procurement, etc.
- Strong command over MS Office, especially Word and Excel
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail, time management, and ability to work under deadlines

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
