Managing timely and comprehensive Tender documentation and bid uploading in coordination with the Sales Team.
Day to day researching and analyzing latest Tenders based on marketing trends and providing valuable inputs
Assists in preparation and/or review of Tender Documentation.
Handle all tender portals & sites, Pvt. & Govt. Online & Offline and communicate with Government authority for negotiation if required.
Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
Supportive for responding to customer queries & complaints
Gathering intelligence for bids & tender from tender portals
Data management and marketing activity - EDM,Demo etc.
Interact with potential & existing customers.
Experience as a Pre
- sales coordinator will be considered a plus.
Experience with GeM Procurement
Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience from the same Industry will be an added advantage.

**Salary**: ₹9,518.81 - ₹30,182.86 per month
