**Position: Tender Executive**

**Qualification: B.tech with Mechanical, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, Electrical**

**Location : Science City, Ahmedabad**

**Experience: 2 years in Hardcore Tender business.**

**Major Responsibility: -**
- **Tender Searchingü & Reviewing.**:

- **Preparation for Bid Submission within due date.**:

- **Liaisoing with Tender Inviting Authority.**:

- **Tender Sales Conversion with payment collection in time.**:

- **Registration of Client in Approved Vendor List.**

**Task to be performed: -**
- **Tender Searching & Reviewing**:

- **Searching Tenders using Tenders Sites, Tender Subscription, Google Search etc. & review of the same.**:

- **Preparation for Bid Submission**:

- **Understand and Prepare Tender PQC & other required documents, Proposal & Submission of Bid within due date.**:

- **Liaisoing: Maintain liaisoning with Tender Inviting Authority & other relevant department & resolving queries, if any.**:

- **Tender Sales Conversion**:

- **Effective follow ups with Rudra's client and communication to close deals and generate revenue for RA in time.**:

- **Registration**:

- **Preparation of Registration file, Submission, Follow ups and get enlistment of client in AVL**

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ahmedabad, Ahmedabad - 380060, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
