**Responsibilities**
- **Managing timely and comprehensive Tender documentation and bid uploading in coordination with the Sales Team.**:

- **Day to day researching and analyzing latest Tenders based on marketing trends and providing valuable inputs**:

- **Assists in preparation and/or review of Tender Documentation.**:

- **Handle all tender portals & sites, Pvt. & Govt. Online & Offline and communicate with Government authority for negotiation if required.**:

- **Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.**:

- **Supportive for responding to customer queries & complaints**:

- **Gathering intelligence for bids & tender from tender portals**:

- **Data management and marketing activity - EDM,Demo etc.**:

- **Interact with potential & existing customers.**:

- **Experience as a Pre
- sales coordinator will be considered a plus.**:

- **Experience with GeM Procurement**:

- **Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving**:

- **Excellent verbal and written communication skills**:

- **Experience from the same Industry will be an added advantage.**

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
