Researching and identifying relevant tender opportunities that align with the company's strategic objectives.

Monitoring tender portals, government websites, and other sources for new tender notifications.

Tender Preparation:
Coordinating with internal stakeholders to gather all necessary information and documentation required for tender submissions.

Developing comprehensive tender proposals, including technical specifications, pricing, and any other relevant details.

Ensuring that all tender submissions are compliant with the specified requirements and deadlines.

Bid Management:
Managing the tender process from initiation to submission, including organizing kick-off meetings, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress.

Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors, and partners to obtain relevant quotations and supporting documentation.

Reviewing and editing tender documents to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with tender requirements.

Relationship Building:
Cultivating strong relationships with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders to enhance the company's reputation and increase tender success rates.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
