Reconcile e-commerce sales transactions with internal records and external platforms.
- Monitor and analyze daily e-commerce transactions to identify discrepancies or irregularities.
- Collaborate with the e-commerce team to ensure accurate recording of sales, refunds, discounts, and promotional activities.
- Conduct regular audits of e-commerce accounts to ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies between e-commerce platforms, payment processors, and internal financial records.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reconciliations of e-commerce payment gateways, bank accounts, and merchant accounts.
- Generate periodic reports on e-commerce sales, refunds, chargebacks, and payment processing fees.
- Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing activities related to e-commerce transactions.
- Provide support to internal and external auditors during financial audits by supplying relevant documentation and explanations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to e-commerce accounting and reconciliation.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
