Indus Parking Services (IPS) is an emerging parking enforcement company located in the heart of Gurugram, India. We are a team of focused, determined, and enthusiastic professionals with expertise in managing parking spaces. We can deter unauthorized parking in commercial property, residential areas, and other places. We also provide Operation Support to Euro Parking Services.

We are looking for a **Junior Accounts Executive** responsible for assisting in managing the day-to-day cash flow of the organization, including preparing invoices, maintaining transaction records, monitoring expenses, and supporting financial reporting for management analysis.

As a **Junior Accounts Executive**, your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting in preparing journal entries
- Supporting general ledger operations
- Helping with monthly closings and preparation of basic financial statements
- Reconciling and maintaining balance sheet accounts
- Assisting in drawing up monthly financial reports
- Preparing basic account analysis as requested
- Supporting year-end closing activities
- Assisting with accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Preparing and processing sales and purchase invoices
- Monitoring bank transactions and resolving basic discrepancies
- Performing account/bank reconciliations
- Reviewing and helping process employee expense reports
- Maintaining proper documentation and filing of accounting records

**Skills Required**:

- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Educational Qualifications: Commerce Graduate/Master.
- Minimum 6 months training completed in a firm or 1 year of experience in any company.
- Basic accounting knowledge.
- Ability to keep documents and data well organised.
