**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and payment schedules.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accurate cash flow management.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Assist in budget preparation and expense tracking.
- Prepare and file necessary tax documents and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data and support cross-functional projects.
- Assist with internal and external audits by providing required documentation and explanations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations affecting financial practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a manufacturing or retail environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of relevant accounting regulations and practices.
