ZWC Solutions Private Limited is a growing organization committed to sustainability and innovation. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our team at our head office in Gurugram.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in day-to-day accounting operations including data entry, voucher preparation, and bank reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and payment tracking.
- Assist with monthly financial reporting and audits.
- Support senior accountants in preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
- Learn and manage company accounts using Zoho Books accounting software.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and vendors.

**Key Requirements**:

- B. Com graduate with a good understanding of accounting principles.
- 3 to 6 months of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
- Basic knowledge of accounting processes (debit/credit, journal entries, ledgers, etc.).
- Willingness to learn and adapt to Zoho Books software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Willing to work from our head office in Gurugram.
