Role Overview:
We are looking for an **Accounts Executive**to support our finance and accounting operations. This role will focus on accurate data entry, reconciliations, and compliance support. You will work closely with the finance team to ensure smooth daily accounting and timely statutory reporting.

Key Responsibilities
- Record journal vouchers for expenses, including vendor bills, vehicle maintenance, and insurance policies.
- Post petty expenses entries and ensure timely collection and verification of supporting bills.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies.
- Prepare monthly data for TDS deposits and coordinate with the team for timely payment.
- Reconcile GST data between books and the GST portal on a monthly basis.
- Participate in clearing backlog entries and support other day-to-day accounting tasks.

What We’re Looking For
- Familiarity with **Tally**accounting software.
- Basic accounting knowledge:
○ Journal and payment entries

○ Bank reconciliation

○ Expense accounting
- Working knowledge of **Microsoft Excel**(basic formulas, data entry).
- Advantageous to have a basic understanding of:
○ TDS (Tax Deducted at Source)

○ **GST (Goods and Services Tax)**
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Prior experience in an accounts or finance role preferred.
