Mirror Touch Services is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our growing team In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring the smooth financial operation of our business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage client accounts, including invoicing, billing, and collection of payments.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and accurate records.
- Prepare and file Goods and Services Tax (GST) returns, adhering to all government regulations.
- Handle Employee State Insurance (ESI) and Provident Fund (PF) filings for our employees.
- Maintain accurate accounting records using accounting software like Tally or similar programs.
- Generate financial reports and analyze data to provide insights into company performance.
- Liaise with banks for various financial transactions and accounts.
- Stay updated on relevant accounting and tax laws and regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an account executive or similar role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, double-entry bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
- Proficient in accounting software like Tally or similar programs.
- Excellent knowledge of ESI, PF, GST filing procedures, and TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) regulations.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
