**Key Responsibilities**
- Source and procure materials, components, and services as per project and production requirements.
- Evaluate vendor quotations and negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
- Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and track order status to ensure on-time delivery.
- Maintain updated records of suppliers, pricing, delivery timelines, and product specifications.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and suppliers.
- Coordinate with stores, accounts, and project teams for procurement planning and inventory management.
- Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs in coordination with planning and production teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement standards.
- Resolve vendor complaints and delivery issues in a timely manner.
- Assist in cost-saving initiatives and alternate sourcing strategies.

**Key Skills & Competencies**
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of procurement software (e.g., SAP, Tally ERP, or similar)
- Good understanding of supply chain and inventory processes
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Problem-solving and time management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

**Qualification & Experience**
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- 1-5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or engineering industry
- Experience in sourcing electrical, electronic, or mechanical components is preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
