**Open Position**: Customer Care Executive
Job Role: As a Customer Support Representative, you will manage all customer interactions across various channels, providing accurate and complete information to customers using the right tools and methods.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Provide superior Customer Experience through Call/Chat.
Offer accurate, valid, and complete information using appropriate methods and tools.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Collaborate with team members and customer service teams to ensure a superior customer experience.
**Minimum Qualifications & Requirements**:
Basic and Good communication skills are required.
12 th pass /Graduates can apply.
Rotational 9 hour shifts
6 days working, 1 week off.
**Salary**: (per month) 15k to 21k ctc
Working Mode: Work from Office
Location: Manjalpur Vadodara
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
