**Job Title: Meta Calling Travel Agent (Experience Required)**

**Location**: MOHALI PHASE 8 Industrial area

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound Meta calls related to travel bookings, inquiries, and customer service.
- Assist clients with booking flight tickets, hotel reservations, and other travel services via Meta platforms.
- Provide detailed information on travel packages, destinations, and special offers to clients.
- Resolve customer issues, complaints, and queries effectively and professionally.
- Reach out to prospects via Meta platforms and convert leads into potential bookings.
- Stay updated on travel industry trends, Meta calling processes, and best practices.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1+ years of experience in Meta calling within the travel industry.
- Strong knowledge of travel-related services and booking systems.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (both written and verbal).
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in using Meta platforms for communication and sales.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales roles is a plus.
