Managing daily purchasing activities, supervising staff, and allocating
tasks.
- Managing supplier relations and negotiating contracts, prices, timelines,
etc.
- Review existing portfolio to ensure continuous cost improvement.
- Define product specifications based on commercial requirements
including quality and packaging.
- Negotiate and develop contracts with suppliers on volume, price, quality
of products produced, and logistics/transport agreements.
- Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documents
- Ensuring that all procured items meet the required quality standards and
specifications.
- Preparing cost estimates and managing budgets.
- Working to improve purchasing systems and processes.
- New Vendor development, maintain vendor records & Vendor selection
(Obtaining, negotiations & preparing vendor comparison statements).
- PO Management - Generating POs where required, tracking PO
Performance & maintaining purchase records.
- Communicating with projects to confirm product delivery, installation &
quality check.
- Approving vendor bills and processing vendor payments.

**Salary**: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Food industry: 2 years (required)
- Purchase executive: 2 years (required)
