Job Title: Purchase Executive

Location: Surat, Gujarat

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Purchase Executive to handle procurement operations, vendor coordination, and material purchasing. This role is ideal for candidates with strong attention to detail and a passion for supply chain and purchasing functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery timelines.

  • Issue purchase orders and follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery.

  • Maintain accurate purchase records and update inventory data.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to understand and fulfill material requirements.

  • Assist in vendor negotiations and maintain healthy supplier relationships.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement standards.

Requirements:

  • 0–2 years of experience in purchase, procurement, or supply chain roles.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to multitask and work independently.

  • Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
