**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a proactive and analytical Growth Executive to support the Category Manager in driving sales and enhancing profitability across our product categories. This role will focus on market analysis, promotional strategies, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize product offerings and align with company goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Market Analysis: Assist the Category Manager in conducting market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape, providing actionable insights.

Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate in developing and implementing strategies to promote products, driving sales growth through effective pricing, visibility, and promotional activities.

Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the Category Manager to ensure optimal stock levels, minimizing overstock and stockouts.

Data Analysis: Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and recommend strategies for category optimization.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment between category strategies and overall business objectives.

Product Lifecycle Management: Support the Category Manager in monitoring the lifecycle of products within categories, assisting in recommendations for new product introductions or discontinuations.

Reporting: Prepare reports and presentations on market insights, sales performance, and strategic recommendations for management.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in sales, marketing, or category management (experience in the jewelry or retail industry is a plus).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to strategic discussions.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
