Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website and generate leads.
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to ensure maximum ROI.
- Utilize SEO techniques to improve website ranking and increase organic traffic.
- Oversee the company's social media accounts and develop content calendars to maintain a consistent brand presence.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics across all digital channels and provide regular reports to the marketing team.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and recommend strategies to keep the company ahead of the competition.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including design and content, to create engaging digital content for various platforms.
- Identify new opportunities for growth and optimization within existing digital channels.
- Assist in developing and maintaining the company's digital marketing budget and ensure campaigns are delivered within budgetary constraints.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar role.
- Experience managing digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics or similar analytics tools to track and analyze campaign performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing and staying ahead of industry trends.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
