Currently, we operate out of three company-owned stores, with four more in the pipeline, in addition to our thriving e-commerce platform.

The Performance Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across digital platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram. This role involves tracking key metrics such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) to assess campaign effectiveness. They will develop strategies to drive traffic and conversions throughout the consumer funnel, continuously refining ads based on data-driven insights to maximize ROI. Collaboration with creative, content, and sales teams is essential to align marketing efforts with business goals. Regular reporting on performance and making data-driven recommendations for improvements are also key responsibilities.

**Responsibilities**:
Ads Management: Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various digital platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and more.

Tracking Vital Metrics: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and overall campaign effectiveness.

Consumer Funnel Management: Develop and implement strategies to drive traffic and conversions at different stages of the consumer funnel, from awareness to purchase.

Data-Driven Optimization: Continuously test and refine ads based on performance data, focusing on maximizing ROI and improving user engagement.

Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with creative, content, and sales teams to ensure that marketing efforts align with overall business goals.

Reporting: Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights to the management team, making data-driven recommendations for campaign improvements.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on performance marketing.

Proven experience in managing and optimizing campaigns across multiple platforms.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other marketing automation platforms.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
