**Job Title: Customer Support Executive - Voice Process (Work from Home)**

**Location**:
**Training: Work from Office (Kolkata)**

**Post-Training: Permanent Work from Home**

Hiring Type: Full-Time

Qualification: Undergraduate / Graduate

**CTC: Up to ₹2.33 LPA**

Shift: Rotational Shifts (including weekends)

6 Days Working, 1 Day Rotational Week Off

Training Shift Timings: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Training Duration: 45 Days (from 14th July, Work from Office - Kolkata)

**Key Responsibilities**:
Handle inbound/outbound voice calls to assist customers.

Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries efficiently.

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism.

Document call details and follow up as needed.

**Requirements**:
Good communication skills in English and regional language.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts and weekends.

Basic computer knowledge and the ability to work remotely post-training.

Comfortable working from office during the 45-day training period.
