We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Business Development Executive (BDE) in the IT sector. As a fresher in this role, you will play a crucial part in driving the growth and success of our organization by identifying and developing business opportunities. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates with a passion for technology and a desire to kickstart their career in business development.
- **Roles & Responsibilities**:_
- Prospect and identify potential clients through market research, cold calling, networking, and other lead generation techniques.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their IT needs and requirements.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop effective strategies for promoting IT products and services.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients, negotiating terms and closing sales.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and competitors to provide insightful recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
- Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts to management.
- **Requirements**:_
- **EXPERIENCE : 0-6 MONTHS**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
- Basic understanding of IT concepts, software solutions, and technologies.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
