As a Business Development Executive (BDE) at OMTECWEB, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the growth of the company. As a fresher, you will be given training and mentorship to help you succeed in the role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**: Research and identify new leads, prospects, and potential clients.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitors.
- **Sales Support**: Assist in sales presentations, proposals, and follow-ups with clients.
- **Relationship Building**: Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- **CRM Management**: Update and manage the company’s CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system with client information and sales activities.
- **Reporting**: Prepare reports on sales activities, leads, and opportunities for the management team.
- **Collaborate**: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to align business strategies.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
- Basic understanding of sales processes (training will be provided).
- Strong interest in business development and sales.

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field (Freshers welcome).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Sales, BDE: 1 year (required)

Work Location: In person
