We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Salesperson to join our team at Wood Mount, a leading furniture store in Pune. As a Retail Salesperson, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers with their furniture needs, providing exceptional service, and driving sales within our store.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Greet customers as they enter the store and assist them in finding the furniture products that meet their needs and preferences.

2. Provide detailed product information, including features, benefits, and pricing, to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.

3. Demonstrate product functionality and showcase furniture pieces to highlight their quality and design.

4. Assist customers with measurements, fabric selections, and customization options to ensure satisfaction with their purchases.

6. Process sales transactions accurately using our point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash, credit card, and other forms of payment.

7. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including merchandise displays, shelves, and showroom floor, to enhance the shopping experience for customers.

8. Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking shelves and replenishing merchandise as needed.

9. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Stay updated on current furniture trend10. s, styles, and product offerings to better assist customers and drive sales.

**Requirements**:
1. Previous retail sales experience, preferably in the furniture industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and provide exceptional service.

3. Strong product knowledge and understanding of furniture materials, construction, and design principles.

4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

5. Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a passion for helping customers create beautiful and functional living spaces.

6. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
