Profile: - Technical Recruiter

Experience:

- Upto 7 LPA (Depend on the interview)

Location:

- Chennai

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Partner with project and delivery teams to understand technical hiring needs.
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle — sourcing to on-boarding.
- Build and maintain a pipeline for niche roles (RF, DT, Core, IP, IT Infrastructure, etc.).
- Track recruitment metrics and ensure timely closures.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or HR.
- 3-5 years of experience in technical recruitment within **Telecom or IT Services**.
- Strong knowledge of skills such as RF Planning, Drive Test, Core, IP, Cloud, and Dev-Ops.
- Proficiency in sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, etc.).
- Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
