**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, including corporate partners, fleet owners, and individual EV buyers.
- Understand clients' needs and recommend appropriate electric vehicle solutions to meet their business or personal requirements.
- Act as the key point of contact for all client inquiries, issues, and feedback, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Regularly check in with clients to ensure satisfaction, gather feedback, and proactively address potential concerns.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met, from vehicle delivery to after-sales support.
- **Sales Support & Business Development**:
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and cross-sell additional products and services.
- Drive sales by effectively managing and expanding the customer base and identifying new segments within the electric vehicle market.
- Assist in negotiating and closing contracts with key clients and strategic partners.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and meetings to represent the company and expand the company’s network.
- **Customer Experience & Retention**:
- Ensure a smooth and seamless customer experience throughout the sales cycle and beyond, from initial inquiry to post-sale support.
- Develop tailored customer engagement strategies that enhance retention and drive loyalty to the brand.
- Facilitate customer training sessions on electric vehicle usage, charging infrastructure, and maintenance requirements.
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels, conduct surveys, and gather insights to continuously improve the customer experience.
- **Market Insights & Reporting**:
- Stay up to date on industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape to better inform clients and tailor services.
- Provide regular reports on customer interactions, sales performance, and market trends to senior management.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer retention, sales, and customer satisfaction.
- **Collaborate with Internal Teams**:
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure that customer needs and expectations are communicated and met.
- Collaborate with the technical team to resolve any product-related issues and provide customers with timely updates.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. A background in automotive, sustainable energy, or electric vehicles is a plus.
- **Experience**: 3-5 years of experience in relationship management, account management, or sales, preferably within the automotive, energy, or technology industries.
- **Knowledge**:
- Familiarity with electric vehicles, charging infrastructure, and the EV market is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) software and sales tools.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts to non-technical clients.
- A proactive, customer-focused mindset with a passion for sustainable transportation solutions.
