**Job Title**: Lady Relationship Manager (Fresher)

**Location**: Howrah, Ankurhati

**Job timing**: 10 am to 6 pm

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Customer Communication**:Engage with customers to understand and address their needs and concerns.
- Maintain regular contact to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Administrative Duties**:Manage and oversee administrative tasks related to maintenance operations.
- Ensure all documentation and records are accurately maintained and updated.
- **Employee Task Follow-up**:Monitor and follow up on employee tasks to ensure timely and efficient completion.
- Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes and workflows.
- **Reporting**:Prepare and present comprehensive reports to the head office detailing operations, customer feedback, and task progress.
- Identify areas of improvement and suggest actionable solutions.
- **Workflow Management**:Utilize the company's flowchart management system to organize and track tasks and processes.
- Train and guide team members on effectively using the management system.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Education**:Bachelor's degree or above.
- **Experience: F**resher fluent in hindi
- **Skills**:Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Hindi, Bengali and English.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. Ability to handle challenging situations with a calm and assertive demeanor. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- **Personal Attributes**:Proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Resides in or willing to relocate to Howrah.
