**Roles and Responsibilities**:
**Development and Execution of Study plan and Lesson plan**

You are responsible for developing and executing a lesson plan as well as a study plan for students to follow.

This is for the smooth operations of classes and completing the syllabus on time. This also aims to support students to be more organized and focused.

**Deliver High-Quality Live and Recorded Classes**
- Conduct engaging and interactive online live sessions as per the predefined timetable.
- Record lecture sessions in alignment with the syllabus to ensure the availability of study materials for students.
- The duration of a session is 1.5 hrs, in which one hour 10 minutes should be devoted to the topic and the remaining 20 minutes for the discussion of previous year questions from the concerned area of the session.

**Doubt Clearing Sessions**: At the end of each week, an intensive doubt-clearing session will be conducted to address questions from all sessions held during the week. The assigned faculty must be well-prepared with detailed answers and explanations to ensure effective resolution of students’ queries, as coordinated and requested by the academic coordinator.

**Prepare and Submit Study Materials and Presentations**
- Develop well-structured and comprehensive study materials in PPT & PDF format.
- Create visually appealing and informative PowerPoint presentations to accompany lectures.
- Submit materials promptly to ensure timely uploads on the learning platform.

**Weekly Mock Tests and Questions**
- Design and submit topic-wise and full-syllabus mock test questions weekly.
- Ensure questions are accurate, varied, and aligned with the UGC NET exam pattern.
- A session is 1.5 hrs, in which the first 1 hour 10 minutes will be devoted to the topic and the remaining 20 minutes will be devoted to discussing 5 previous year questions. This pattern is followed throughout the duration of the course.
- In a week each faculty member is expected to submit 25 questions, which includes 10 questions for daily practice on the particular topic of your session and 5 questions for the PYQ discussion and 10 questions for the weekly mock test on that particular topic. The questions should be unique for each set and there should not be any chance of repetition in any types of questions.

**Syllabus Adherence and Student Support**
- Ensure complete coverage of the syllabus within the allocated timeline.
- Address student queries during and outside classes via discussion forums or live Q&A sessions.

**Collaboration and Punctuality**
- Work closely with the academic and technical teams for smooth course delivery.
- Follow the timetable strictly to maintain consistency and reliability for students.

**Progress Tracker and Reports**
- It is very important to collect feedback from students promptly and keep a track of their performance.
- You are required to discuss any concerns regarding a student’s progress with the academic coordinator or mentor.
- Prepare progress reports for students and submit it to the concerned authorities.

- UGC NET qualification is mandatory.

**Subject Expertise**:
**Technical Skills**:

- Comfortable using online teaching tools such as Zoom, Google Meet, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in creating presentations and study materials using MS Office, Canva, or similar tools.

**Teaching Skills**:

- Strong teaching aptitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in online or offline teaching (preferably for competitive exams like UGC NET).

**Other Requirements**:

- Ability to meet deadlines and deliver content on time.
- A stable internet connection and a quiet space for conducting online classes.

**Compensation**:
