**Role Overview**:
The UGC-NTA NET Paper 1 Subject Matter Expert (SME) is responsible for creating and reviewing high-quality academic content, study materials, and assessment tools for aspirants preparing for the UGC-NTA NET exam. The SME will ensure that the content aligns with the latest syllabus and exam pattern while maintaining clarity, accuracy, and relevance. This role requires a deep understanding of the UGC-NTA NET Paper 1 syllabus and an ability to deliver content that addresses the needs of a diverse group of learners.

**Key Responsibilities: Content Development**:

- Develop comprehensive and engaging study materials, including notes, presentations, and practice questions, for UGC-NTA NET Paper 1 topics, such as:

- Teaching Aptitude
- Research Aptitude
- Reading Comprehension
- Logical Reasoning
- Data Interpretation
- Mathematical Reasoning
- Communication
- Information and Communication Technology (ICT)
- People, Development, and Environment
- Higher Education System: Governance, Polity, and Administration.
- Design topic-wise and full-length mock tests, quizzes, and assignments with detailed solutions and explanations.
- Create visually appealing and student-friendly content using tools like MS Word, PowerPoint, Canva, or similar platforms.

**Content Review and Quality Assurance**:

- Review content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with the latest UGC-NTA NET syllabus and exam pattern.
- Edit and proofread study materials, practice questions, and tests to maintain high-quality standards.
- Ensure all content is plagiarism-free and original.

**Exam Analysis and Research**:

- Conduct detailed analysis of previous years' UGC-NTA NET Paper 1 question papers to identify trends and important topics.
- Research and update content based on changes in the syllabus or exam pattern.
- Stay informed about current developments in education, research methodologies, and higher education policies in India.

**Assessment Development**:

- Create chapter-wise and full-length assessments to evaluate students’ conceptual understanding and preparation level.
- Develop solutions and detailed answer keys for assessments and practice questions.
- Provide insights on common errors made by students and suggest improvement strategies.

**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the academic and instructional design teams to create interactive and engaging learning modules.
- Provide inputs for video lectures, animations, or other multimedia content if required.
- Collaborate with faculty members to align content with teaching sessions.

**Student Support (Optional)**:

- Address student queries and doubts related to UGC-NTA NET Paper 1 topics when required.
- Provide tips and strategies for exam preparation through webinars, workshops, or written guides.

**Qualifications and Skills:Educational Qualifications**:

- Additional certifications or qualifications in education or content creation are an advantage.

**Experience**:

- Minimum **2 years** of experience in content development, teaching, or training for competitive exams (preferably **UGC-NTA NET**).
- Demonstrated expertise in UGC-NTA NET Paper 1 syllabus and exam trends.

**Skills**:

- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and content creation tools.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for learners.
- Familiarity with online learning platforms and tools (e.g., Moodle, Google Classroom, or similar).
