**Position Title: UGC-NTA NET Paper 1 Faculty**

**Reports To: Academic Coordinator/Head of Department**

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities: Teaching and Content Delivery**:

- Deliver engaging and effective classroom/online lectures for UGC-NTA NET Paper 1 topics, including:

- Teaching Aptitude
- Research Aptitude
- Reading Comprehension
- Logical Reasoning
- Data Interpretation
- Mathematical Reasoning
- Communication
- Information and Communication Technology (ICT)
- People, Development, and Environment
- Higher Education System: Governance, Polity, and Administration
- Utilise innovative teaching methodologies, tools, and techniques to make learning impactful and interesting.
- Ensure that students clearly understand the concepts and strategies required to perform well in the exam.

**Curriculum Development and Content Creation**:

- Develop detailed lesson plans, study materials, presentations, and practice tests aligned with the UGC-NTA NET Paper 1 syllabus.
- Update study materials regularly to reflect changes in the syllabus or exam pattern.
- Create mock tests, quizzes, and assignments to help students assess their performance.

**Student Engagement and Guidance**:

- Identify the strengths and weaknesses of students and provide personalized guidance to help them improve.
- Address student queries and doubts effectively during and outside class hours.
- Encourage and motivate students to maintain focus and consistency throughout their preparation.

**Assessment and Feedback**:

- Conduct periodic tests to evaluate students’ progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Analyze test results and suggest strategies for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.

**Professional Development**:

- Stay updated with the latest trends, changes, and requirements of the UGC-NTA NET Paper 1 examination.
- Participate in training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance teaching skills.

**Collaboration**:

- Work collaboratively with other faculty members and the academic team to improve the training program.
- Coordinate with the academic coordinators to ensure the smooth execution of sessions and academic plans.

**Qualifications and Skills:Educational Qualifications**:

- A degree or diploma in Education (B.Ed./M.Ed.) is an added advantage.

**Experience**:

- Prior teaching experience in **UGC-NTA NET Paper 1** is mandatory.
- Experience in training for competitive exams is a plus.

**Skills**:

- In-depth understanding of the UGC-NTA NET Paper 1 syllabus and exam pattern.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using digital teaching tools and platforms (Zoom, Google Classroom, etc.).
- Ability to create engaging and comprehensible study materials.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹1,000.00 - ₹1,200.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
