**Cash Operations**: The Role primarily relates to handling of the following responsibilities: - Handle Cash Management Processing in accordance with prescribed standards of banking operational procedures and other applicable guidelines - Deliver services in line with agreed service standards and turnaround times to meet customer's expectations - Expert Knowledge of Core Cash Payments domain involving MT 103/ 202 Payments - Perform controls, reconciliation, basic investigations, user-approved-testing , - Resolution of queries raised by customers - Resolution of queries raised by internal stakeholders - Proactively identify and escalates any control or compliance related issues to supervisor - Provide a guidance to a junior level in the team and ensure the daily work is delivered timely and accurately - Involve with process re-engineering as well as strengthen daily transactions processing controls **Qualifications** - Education: Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university - Preferably expertise of Sanctions screening regulations - Knowledge of SWIFT and cross border payments, faster payments platform would be preferred. - ** Skills**: - Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) - Good oral and written communication skills - Good customer service skills, service oriented - People and Process Management, - Team building - Ability to manage diverse teams, conflict management - Ability to prioritize; analytical thinking and attention to detail - Ability to handle pressure, Strong inter-personal skills - Ability to take process reengineering initiatives This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
