Our core services include Accounting, Auditing, Taxation, Corporate Compliance, Management Consultancy, Foreign Investments, and more. We strive to deliver accurate, relevant, and timely information to decision-makers and provide practical solutions to complex business scenarios.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Manager role located in Chennai. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing various domains, including: Direct and Indirect Taxes: Handling tax computations, filings, tax planning, GST compliance, and liaising with tax authorities. Accounting: Managing accounts receivable and payable, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and preparing monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports. Corporate Compliance: Ensuring adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements, coordinating with regulatory bodies, and handling ROC filings. Financial Analysis & Reporting: Analyzing financial data, providing recommendations for improvement, reviewing performance against budgets, and monitoring cash flow. Client & Auditor Coordination: Liaising with clients, financial institutions, and statutory auditors for audits and compliance matters. Strategic Planning & Advisory: Assisting in formulating cash flow budgets, variance analysis, and improving operational efficiency and profitability.QualificationsChartered Accountant with 1 - 2 years of experience in an Audit Firm or Industry.In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and corporate compliance.Experience in handling bills receivable and payable.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.Candidate with immediate joining or a shorter notice period is preferred.Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.Open to working at client locations for short durations when necessary.If you are a dynamic professional looking for a challenging and rewarding career, we encourage you to apply
