We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with 1-2 years of post-qualification experience to join our team. I P R S AND COMPANY is a well-established firm of Chartered Accountants with offices strategically located in Chennai City Centre Mall, No.Our team of young and passionate professionals provides comprehensive financial and compliance services to clients in India and abroad. Our core services include Accounting, Auditing, Taxation, Corporate Compliance, Management Consultancy, Foreign Investments, and more. This is a full-time, on-site Manager role located in Chennai. Direct and Indirect Taxes: Handling tax computations, filings, tax planning, GST compliance, and liaising with tax authorities. Accounting: Managing accounts receivable and payable, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and preparing monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports. Corporate Compliance: Ensuring adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements, coordinating with regulatory bodies, and handling ROC filings. Financial Analysis & Reporting: Analyzing financial data, providing recommendations for improvement, reviewing performance against budgets, and monitoring cash flow. Liaising with clients, financial institutions, and statutory auditors for audits and compliance matters. Strategic Planning & Advisory: Assisting in formulating cash flow budgets, variance analysis, and improving operational efficiency and profitability. Chartered Accountant with 1 - 2 years of experience in an Audit Firm or Industry. In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and corporate compliance. Experience in handling bills receivable and payable. Candidate with immediate joining or a shorter notice period is preferred. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
