**Roles and Responsibilities:

- Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
- Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
- Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
- Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
- Staying informed about competing products and services.
- Upselling products and services.
- Researching and qualifying new leads.
- Closing sales and achieving sales targets.

**Requirements**:
1) 0-6 Y experience.
2) High school diploma/degree.
3) Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
4) Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
5) Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
6) Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
7) Exceptional customer service skills.
8) Strong listening and sales skills.
9) Ability to achieve targets.

**Immediate Joiners Are Preferred**

Pay: Up to ₹144,977.43 per year
