Generate sales by making cold calls to active or old students.
- Obtaining and updating lists of students' contact details.
- Calling active and budding students to encourage the purchase of courses could be max to max lead calls per day.
- Addressing students' uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time.
- Communicating verbal acceptances of offers to our sales team for closing.
- Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales.
- Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
- Asking questions to the students and understanding their specifications
- Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services
- Achieve monthly targets time to time.
- Handle front desk also.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Work experience as a Tele-caller, Tele-Marketer, or a similar role in the Sales Department.
- Professional certification sales and marketing will be an advantage.
- Great interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.
- Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Hard-working individual.
- Good time management abilities.
- Strong decision-making skills.
- Ability to tolerate stress and pressure.

**Preferred skills and qualifications**
- Research skills for telecalling and reaching out to new clientele
- Proven track record of being a telecaller and conducting sales through the telephone
- Ability to switch the communication style based on social cues and conversational hints
- Knowledge of CRM software programs and telephone systems is a big bonus

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
