**Key Responsibilities Role: International Voice Process - UK Campaigns**
**Shift**: UK Shift (Afternoon to Late Evening IST)
- Make **outbound calls** to UK customers as part of our lead generation & engagement campaigns.
- Build **trust and rapport** with customers through professional and engaging conversations.
- Collect, validate, and update **customer details accurately** in the CRM.
- Consistently achieve **daily productivity and quality standards**.
- Follow all **compliance and process guidelines** during customer interactions.

**Skills & Requirements**
- **Excellent spoken English** with a neutral or UK-friendly accent.
- Strong **listening, communication, and interpersonal skills**.
- Prior experience in **International BPO / Voice Process** preferred (freshers with good communication skills are welcome).
- Comfortable working in **UK shift timings** (Afternoon - Late Evening IST).
- **Basic computer skills** and familiarity with CRM tools.
