**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calls, referrals, networking, and field visits.
- Understand customer financial needs and recommend appropriate life insurance policies.
- Explain product features, benefits, and terms clearly to clients.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets as assigned by the company.
- Maintain long-term customer relationships and provide post-sales support.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and regulatory requirements.

**Required Skills & Competencies**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion ability.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and target-driven.
- Ability to build trust and maintain client relationships.
- Basic knowledge of financial planning and insurance products (preferred).

**Eligibility Criteria**
- **Education**: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- **Experience**: 0-3 years in sales (Insurance/Banking/Financial Services preferred). Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
- **Age**: 21-40 years.
