Arogyamithra is seeking enthusiastic and articulate individuals to join our team as Inbound and Outbound Tele callers for our Medical Loan program. In this role, you will play a vital role in connecting patients with the financial resources they need to access critical medical care.

**Responsibilities**:
**Inbound Calls**:

- Answer inquiries from patients seeking information about Arogyamithra's medical loan options.
- Listen attentively to patient needs and concerns to identify suitable loan products.
- Provide clear and concise explanations of loan terms, eligibility criteria, and interest rates.
- Address any apprehensions patients may have regarding medical loans and build trust in Arogyamithra's services.

**Outbound Calls**:

- Contact pre-qualified patients to introduce Arogyamithra's medical loan program.
- Effectively communicate the benefits and features of Arogyamithra's loan options.
- Schedule appointments for patients with loan specialists to discuss their specific needs.
- Respond to patient questions about medical loans and address any concerns they may have.

**General Duties**:

- Maintain accurate records of all calls and interactions with patients.
- Meet daily call targets and adhere to Arogyamithra's communication standards.
- Stay up to date on Arogyamithra's medical loan products and eligibility requirements.
- Contribute to a positive and professional work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Inter or any degree.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Active listening skills and the ability to build rapport with patients.
- Strong telephone etiquette and ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Proficiency in Telugu, English (Hindi fluency a plus).
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills.
- The ability to work independently and meet daily call targets.
- A positive attitude, empathy, and a genuine desire to help patients.
