**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.
- Create and curate engaging content (text, images, reels, videos) aligned with brand identity and audience interests.
- Schedule and publish posts using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite.
- Monitor SEO and user engagement metrics and provide reports on campaign performance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and technologies.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure cohesive branding.
- Handle community engagement: respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner.
- Run and monitor paid ad campaigns on Meta and Google Ads platforms.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in Social Media Marketing.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools like Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.
- Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Hindi is a plus).
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working with Jaipur-based brands or local markets is a plus.
- Prior experience in influencer marketing or collaborations.
- Knowledge of video editing for reels/stories (basic level).

Pay: ₹8,842.71 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
